Due To COVID19 And The Time Of Year, We Updated The Menu
The dishes served at Kornmehl Farm's dairy restaurant in Ramat Negev are based on a selection of goat's cheeses made from the dairy that is milked daily, according to the season.
The development of the menu was as a follow up to the house cooking, with the emphasis of using local made and fresh ingredients. The baking is on a daily basis and preparation of the dishes is upon order.
A variety of dishes based on the cheeses, includes pastries from filo dough or yeast dough made on the farm. Sourdough bread, known to be more digestible and consumable for gluten-sensitive people. The bread is served as a supplement to some of the dishes or by itself.
